David Pitcher has tried dozens of cases to jury verdict.  He is an experienced trial lawyer practicing in the areas of product liability and commercial litigation.  David has represented many families in wrongful death claims brought against pharmaceutical manufacturers.  David also has extensive accounting experience, having practiced as a CPA with one of the world’s largest accounting firms before attending law school.  He has utilized this expertise when representing clients in securities fraud and accounting malpractice claims.
